UnfollowLens는 업로드한 파일과 분석 결과를 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

1. 서비스 개요

UnfollowLens는 Instagram 데이터 파일을 분석하여 맞팔하지 않는 계정을 찾아주는 무료 웹 서비스입니다.

2. 데이터 처리 방식

  • 업로드된 파일: 사용자가 업로드한 Instagram ZIP 파일은 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 브라우저에서만 처리됩니다.
  • 데이터 저장: 분석 결과는 사용자의 브라우저에만 표시되며, 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
  • 계정 상태 확인: 맞팔이 아닌 계정의 Instagram 사용자명(공개 아이디)만 서버로 전송되어 활성/삭제/비공개 여부를 확인합니다. 우리 서버는 이 사용자명을 저장하지 않으며 요청 처리 후 폐기합니다. 조회를 대행하는 Apify의 보관에 대해서는 4항을 참조하세요.
  • 계정 정보: 회원가입이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다.

3. 쿠키 및 추적

  • 언어 설정: 사용자가 선택한 언어 설정을 브라우저의 localStorage에 저장합니다.
  • Google Analytics: 방문 통계를 위해 Google Analytics 4를 사용합니다. 쿠키를 통해 페이지 조회, 기기·브라우저 정보 등의 사용 데이터를 수집하며(이름이나 이메일 같은 직접 식별 정보는 포함되지 않음), 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참조하세요.
  • Google AdSense: 본 서비스는 Google AdSense를 사용하여 광고를 표시합니다. Google은 쿠키를 사용하여 사용자의 관심사에 기반한 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참조하세요.
  • 후원 링크: Buy Me a Coffee 등 외부 후원 페이지로 이동하는 링크가 있으며, 이동 후에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

4. 제3자 API 사용

계정 상태 확인은 제3자 데이터 제공업체인 Apify를 통해 Instagram 공개 프로필 정보를 조회하는 방식으로 이루어집니다. 이 과정에서:

  • 사용자의 Instagram 계정에 로그인하지 않습니다.
  • 공개적으로 접근 가능한 정보만 확인합니다.
  • 전달되는 정보는 확인 대상 계정의 사용자명뿐이며, 업로드한 파일이나 사용자 본인의 계정 정보는 전달되지 않습니다.
  • 프로필 이미지는 화면 표시를 위해 서버를 경유해 불러오며, 서버는 사본을 보관하지 않고 전달만 합니다(브라우저 캐시 제외).
  • Apify의 데이터 처리는 Apify 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
  • Apify에는 조회 실행 기록(사용자명과 조회 결과)이 Apify 보관 정책에 따라 일정 기간 남을 수 있습니다.

5. 데이터 보안

  • 모든 통신은 HTTPS를 통해 암호화됩니다.
  • 업로드된 파일은 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 브라우저에서만 처리됩니다.
  • 사용자 데이터는 서버에 영구 저장되지 않습니다.
  • 요청 제한을 위해 요청 IP를 메모리에서만 처리하며 파일이나 로그에 기록하지 않습니다. 사이트를 호스팅하는 Cloudflare의 처리는 Cloudflare 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

6. 사용자 권리

UnfollowLens 서버에는 삭제할 개인정보가 남지 않으므로 UnfollowLens에 별도의 삭제 요청을 할 필요는 없습니다. Google, Apify, Cloudflare에 남는 기록은 각 서비스의 정책과 절차에 따릅니다.

7. 정책 변경

본 개인정보 처리방침은 서비스 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지에 공지됩니다.

UnfollowLens does not store your uploaded file or analysis results on our servers.

1. Service Overview

UnfollowLens is a free web service that analyzes Instagram data files to find accounts that don't follow you back.

2. Data Processing

  • Uploaded Files: Instagram ZIP files are never sent to a server. The file is processed entirely in your browser.
  • Data Storage: Analysis results are only displayed in the user's browser and are not stored on our servers.
  • Account Status Check: Only the Instagram usernames (public handles) of accounts that do not follow you back are sent to our server to check whether they are active, deleted, or private. Our server does not store these usernames; they are discarded once the request is processed. See section 4 for what Apify retains.
  • Account Information: No registration or login is required.

3. Cookies and Tracking

  • Language Settings: Your selected language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage.
  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. It collects usage data such as page views and device/browser information via cookies; this data does not include your name or email. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
  • Google AdSense: This service uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests. For more information, please see Google's Advertising Policies.
  • Support Links: The site links to external support pages such as Buy Me a Coffee; once you leave this site, that service's privacy policy applies.

4. Third-party API Usage

Account status checks are performed through Apify, a third-party data provider, which looks up public Instagram profile information. During this process:

  • We do not log into your Instagram account.
  • We only check publicly accessible information.
  • The only information passed along is the username of each account being checked; your uploaded file and your own account details are never shared.
  • Profile images are fetched through our server for display; the server relays them without keeping a copy (your browser may cache them).
  • Apify's handling of this data is governed by the Apify Privacy Policy.
  • Apify keeps a record of each lookup (the usernames and results) for a limited period under its own retention policy.

5. Data Security

  • All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Uploaded files are never sent to a server and are processed entirely in your browser.
  • No user data is permanently stored on our servers.
  • Request IPs are processed only in memory for rate limiting and are never written to files or logs. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes requests under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

6. User Rights

No personal information remains on UnfollowLens servers, so there is nothing to request deletion of from us. Records held by Google, Apify, or Cloudflare are governed by their own policies and procedures.

7. Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated as the service changes. Changes will be posted on this page.
